We will be joined by Gianpaolo Grazioli, the owner of Auckland's haute ice cream store Giapo. He has combined experimental flair with culinary mastery to establish one of the most well-known ice cream stores in New Zealand.
Giapo will be sharing with us his story of resilience and his journey on changing the world starting from the people.
